| Description | | This is a behavioral crisis intervention training, The Mandt System builds skill development through a system of gradual and graded alternatives for de-escalating and assisting people, using a combination of interpersonal communication skills, conflict resolution strategies, and physical interaction techniques. This day focuses on learning the physical interaction techniques and when to apply these techniques. Please dress comfortably and wear closed-toed shoes.
****This training will train with the updated Mandt 3.0 curriculum. New Student Learning Portfolios will be provided. There is no need to bring materials used in previous Mandt trainings. |
