Description | | This is a behavioral crisis intervention training, The Mandt System builds skill development through a system of gradual and graded alternatives for de-escalating and assisting people, using a combination of interpersonal communication skills, conflict resolution strategies, and physical interaction techniques. This day focuses on learning the physical interaction techniques and when to apply these techniques. Must have successfully completed Day 1 of Mandt. |
