Description | | Each school team will review its sped policies, update written procedures to share with district staff and related services providers, and review their current practices in the areas of referrals, ChildFind, evaluations, IEP development, IEP implementation, state reporting, and other areas of Rule 51 and Rule 52. Each district may send their resource teachers, a district administrator, and the Student Assistance Team chairperson.
At the end of the 3 DAY SERIES, each district will have an updated set of Policies and Procedures to submit to NDE by March 31, 2023.
