| Description | | ILCD teams will have the opportunity to complete their December 1st report on the ILCD 3.0 website. A Word version with all of the questions will be available in case there are difficulties with saving.
Teams will determine how they are going to monitor implementation of the evidence based practice. Samples of checklists for fidelity checks and/or implementation checks will be shared with the teams.
